We Hooked a MONSTER Black Drum in Louisiana! (Almost Lost It…)

We took a trip out to Louisiana to fish near the ferry landing by Holly Beach — and it turned into one of the wildest sessions we’ve had. From catching gafftops and speckled trout to hooking into a MONSTER black drum, this spot had way more action than we expected. We even lost a few big ones and had some close calls along the way. We were using crab, mullet, and live bait to target big fish in the channel — and it paid off.
