Who is your target market? Describe your customer in detail. Include name, age, demographics, lifestyle, and challenges. 5. Who are your competitors? Identify who else solves these problems. What can you learn from them? 6. How will your business make money? Explain your business model. How will customers purchase from you? Include costs, prices, and margins. 7. How are you going to get customers? Describe how you’ll attract attention and reach potential buyers. 8. What do you need money for and why? Be specific about how funding will help your business grow. 9. Who is on your team? List who’s helping you build this business and what experience they bring. 10. What is your long-term plan or exit strategy? Define your ultimate goal. What’s the vision for your business over time? Directions: Use this template to structure your pitch.
