This is a guide on installing the Coreelec on the Le Potato (AML-S905X-CC). CoreELEC is a ‘Just enough OS’ Linux distribution based on Kodi technology for popular Amlogic hardware. In this video, I install the CoreELEC 9.2.4.2 (August 15th, 2020) version but this would apply to future versions as well. CoreELEC and Le Potato allow for 4K HDR video playback and can bitstream/passthrough Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Plus, DTS, True HD, DTS HD, DTS Master Audio, DTS X, and Dolby ATMOS. I highly recommend performing the 4K HDR buffering fix (See link). This can help with intermittent network issues, buffering, reduce how long the network is tied up. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rmR5E1zrroA Amazon Links: Le Potato: https://amzn.to/3BkZXWx Power Supply: https://amzn.to/3wZFiDU Raspberry Pi Case: https://amzn.to/3BnI89c Micro SD Card: https://amzn.to/3ivLsGB Websites: https://coreelec.org/ https://rufus.ie/ https://twitter.com/upscaled_
