We heard your concerns, and we are taking action. After extensive internal discussions over the past 24 hours, we have made a difficult decision: we are increasing production. This was not our original plan, and it is not a simple step to take at this stage. But after hearing from so many of you so clearly, we decided it was the right thing to do. What this means for you: 1. Gradual delivery starting from July 2026 Because we are expanding production beyond the original plan, delivery will take longer. The earliest shipments for these additional units are expected to begin around July, and will be fulfilled in batches. We are doing everything we can to accelerate production, but we want to set clear expectations upfront. *This update does not affect the shipping timeline for previous batches. 2. Deposit holders remain our priority All additional units will be prioritized for deposit holders. In order to ensure your eligibility and allow you to successfully place your order, please use the same email address you used for your deposit. This is required for verification and priority fulfillment. 3. Exclusive purchase access with guaranteed price protection Previously, we didn’t offer a secret link for two reasons: inventory was too limited, and we worried that if the link got shared, non-deposit users could also claim the 40% discount. Now, with increased production, we have the flexibility to make it right. So we have decided to create a secret link for all deposit holders via email on March 26 at 2:00 PM (PT) / 5:00 PM (ET) / 10:00 PM (CET). The listed purchase price on the crowdfunding platform will be based on MSRP. However, deposit holders will receive a refund for the price difference, ensuring that your final price matches the original early bird offer you reserved. This means: ● Only deposit holders will be able to access the purchase page ● This helps prevent misuse of limited inventory ● It ensures a fairer opportunity for early supporters We recommend being prepared in advance, as inventory remains limited. How the refund works: If you successfully place an order (1) From now to April 23, 2026, go to Kickstarter and place your order (at the listed price at that moment) (2) Your card will be authorized at purchase, charged on April 23 due to the platform policy, all the refunds will be paid out between May 1 and May 15, 2026. This includes: ● The price difference (if any) ● Your $30 deposit (3) Refunds will returned to your original payment method Refunds are processed after the campaign ends because backer information is only finalized and shared by the platform at that stage. This ensures we can accurately match your order with your deposit and process the correct refund amount.
