Josh Carr might be the current senior-coach-in-waiting at Port Adelaide, but in 2018 he was the SANFL Premiership winning senior coach of North Adelaide, where a young accountant named Callum Wilkie plied his trade in defense, on his way to a club best and fairest season. Ahead of Cal's 150th consecutive game from debut, Josh tells us about his experience coaching Cal Wilkie, and watching him develop into a fully-fledged AFL star.
