Dr. Liz Cavallaro and Dr. Olenda Johnson (U.S. Naval War College) Engaging Flag and General Officers in Peer Coaching: Demonstrating a Leader Development Practice that Advances Strategic Leadership The Army War College hosted the second annual Strategic leadership Development Forum at the Army Heritage and Education Center, Carlisle, PA 25-26 January 2023. Participants will have opportunities to learn from enterprise leaders, engage with a panel of top leadership scholars, share developmental methodologies and research, participate in workshops, and learn about Army research opportunities and grant writing.
