A Better Future: Applying Lessons Learned from Hybrid and Blended Education during the COVID-19 Pandemic The Army War College hosted the second annual Strategic leadership Development Forum at the Army Heritage and Education Center, Carlisle, PA 25-26 January 2023. Participants will have opportunities to learn from enterprise leaders, engage with a panel of top leadership scholars, share developmental methodologies and research, participate in workshops, and learn about Army research opportunities and grant writing.
