The Xiaomi 14T Pro is the £500-ish middle ground and, honestly, it came out looking really strong in my camera video tests. It kept contrast and colours the most consistent in 4K/30, and you also get Android 16, a powerful Dimensity 9300+ chip, and a dedicated 5x telephoto.
