The Meizu STARV VIEW is a really interesting pair of AR glasses that gives you a massive 188-inch virtual screen in a lightweight package. I liked the vibrant 1080p visuals, the 120Hz refresh rate, and especially the prescription adjustment dials so you don’t have to wear glasses underneath.

- -Needs a compatible device; not all phones work (only 1 of my 4 did)
- -No internal battery—must be plugged into another device to function
- -Gaming requires an extra HDMI-to-USB-C adapter with power passthrough
- -Fingerprint magnet on lenses and a visible reflection can hurt privacy
- -Included USB-C cable can feel too short for some setups
