Perjeet Aujla, a series producer based in Birmingham, talks about what she gained from ScreenSkills Series Producer Programme. Perjeet says the programme, which is designed to help producers step up to become series producers, says the training helped her realise the benefits of being in regions. It enabled her to network, pushing her in front of significant TV figures in Sheffield and Edinburgh. It gave her the chance to invest in herself and get plugged into the TV industry. About ScreenSkills Series Producer Programme The year-long Series Producer Programme is commissioned by the ScreenSkills TV Skills Fund with contributions from the BBC, Channel 4 and Channel 5.
