Dr. Golts is surgical director of the lung transplant program at UC San Diego Health. A professor in the Department of Surgery at UC San Diego School of Medicine, Dr Golts' clinical and research interests include treating aortic disease with open and endovascular techniques, surgical treatment of atrial arrhythmias, minimally invasive aortic valve surgery, coronary revascularization, as well as ventricular assist device (VAD) implantation.
