This lighter is twice the size of a normal cigarette package. This lighter works by pulling up the wick cap bar and spinning the cylinder on the opposite side to create the spark, Lighter produce a big spark that jumps to the wick ready for lighter fluid. This lighter was probably made in 1940s/1950s made by a Japanese Company NESOR.
