The Fellow Ode Brew Precision is the machine that made me take drip coffee seriously. I can set it up the night before, program the brew time, and wake up to a properly brewed cup that tastes like someone actually cared. The app pairing is nice, but I’m glad it’s not required—manual controls still give you a huge range of profiles.
