3 Ways to Get the Old UI on Meta Quest - SideQuest, Lightning Launcher, and SideQuest

Many Meta Quest users are wanting to go back to the old User Interface. There are currently three ways that I'm aware of that allow you to do this. They are through SideQuest, Lightning Launcher, and Quest Games Optimizer. I will run through how to do the switch with each of them. Quest Games Optimizer just came out with an update that does allow the switch to remain even after restarts or powering down.
