It is an honor to be the next custodian of this wonderful piece. I hope you enjoy its tale! Note: In reference to this being the "first LE numbered" Les Paul, there are a few asterisks to that. I was referring to the first STAMPED LE number. Citations and "The Les Pauls" were serialized as "Reg No. X" before the 25/50 but that was their primary serial number instead of just a LE number. Note 2: User @DavidFell noticed the 0001 prototype had the Super 400 inlays "reversed" from the production ones.
