HLP x Salt NY Waxwing
Waxwing is the standout shade for me from the HLP x Salt New York collaboration—desaturated, a little grungy, and so wearable on my light-to-medium olive skin. I thought it might be more of a nighttime blush, but it’s turned into an everyday favorite. It’s one of those colors that looks unique but still feels effortless.
