In this video I finally try the Haruharu WONDER Black Rice line—honestly, this was one of those “the universe collided” moments for me because I’ve wanted to test this brand since the beginning of my channel. The big hooks here are black rice (which has way more antioxidants than white rice) and fermented ingredients. Fermenting takes those ingredients to the next level by breaking them down so they can penetrate better, and it can maximize the benefits—so yes, this line had my name all over it. I walk you through each step: the Black Rice Moisture 5.5 Soft Cleansing Gel (a jelly-gel that foams up beautifully and leaves my skin feeling like… skin—clean but not stripped), the cult-fave Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner (thick, juicy hydration, but heads up: lavender oil scent), and the Hyaluronic Anti-Wrinkle Serum (cute rice-grain bottle, nice medium-bodied hydration, though it’s not my favorite product in the line). I also demo the Black Bamboo Mist (insanely fine mister—Fix+ vibes) and finish with the Black Rice Facial Oil, which is lightweight but seals everything in for dry skin. My main takeaway: the line feels cohesive, antioxidant-packed, and surprisingly affordable—if I could redo it, I’d choose all unscented versions.
