We're heading into the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) between South and North Korea! It’s the closest we could get to visiting North Korea at present. The DMZ is a 4 km wide and 250 km long strip of land that serves as a buffer zone between North and South Korea. It is heavily fortified and considered the most dangerous border in the world. We took a tour with PLK Travel and got to experience a truly unique experience. Extremely tight restrictions are currently in place and photography and filming is limited. Thank you to our tour guide for sharing photos with us that were taken prior to the current strict restrictions.
