So often we spend time on our diets and what we can eat to improve our health. We focus on food such as apple cider vinegar and black strap molasses as super-foods to improve our life. In the process though, we overlook the most important ingredient: THOUGHT. Think of your thoughts as food you're putting into your body. When you think certain thoughts, your body produces hormones, amino acids, and other chemicals. If you think negative which include anger, or hatred, your body starts producing certain stress hormones. There is a reason that stress is one of the number one killers in the world - your body essentially kills itself when you produce too many of these hormones for too long. One way to improve your health is to start with positive affirmations. You can also start looking at pleasant images and start watching TV shows or movies that have a more positive feel to them. Have you ever noticed how some people are naturally happy and it looks like their skin is glowing? I can assure you they don't go to bed after watching a horror movie and thinking about how much they hate their neighbor. While it's inevitable that negative thoughts will enter your mind, start thinking of them as deep fried candy bars - not sure if you can get more unhealthy than that. Every time you think something that doesn't make you feel happy, you're consuming something that's ultimately going to harm you. When you start "eating" nice things, your body will feel it. Your eyes will sparkle. Your skin will glow. People will be attracted to you without even knowing why. It's never too late to start!
