Dewalt Black and Gold drill bit set DT70728 QZ German tools

Dewalt Black and Gold drill bit set with 19 drill bits model number DT70728 QZ Right now about the only drill bits and driver bits I bother buying are Milwaukee and Dewalt after getting annoyed with the life span of cheap brands. Puzzling me is the fact on the back of the pack ive noticed it saying Germany made in PRC. If I'm understanding that it actually means MADE IN CHINA. The strange phrasing is puzzling for me can anyone enlighten me on this I could be wrong.
