In this video, I cook some venison medallions on my Weber Kettle charcoal grill. I marinated the deer meat in 1/2 balsamic vinegar and 1/2 avocado oil, and added some kosher salt and Johnny's Seasoned Pepper. I let the meat marinade for 90 minutes at room temperature but you can let it go longer if you prefer. Then I cooked it indirectly on the grill for about 30 minutes and seared it at the end.
