How to Cook Instant Pot Steak and Veggies ~ Easy Dinner Recipe

In this easy cooking video, I cook a beef cross rib steak in my Instant Pot Ultra electric pressure cooker. First, I added some avocado oil to the pot and seared the steak for 5 minutes. Then I turned it over and added 3/4 cup of water, 2 russet potatoes, 3 carrots, 3 baby bella mushrooms, and some green beans. Finally, I cooked everything for 30 minutes on the Meat/Stew setting and let the pressure release on its own. The total cooking time was 1 hour and 10 minutes.
