In this easy cooking video, I show you how to brine and cook a turkey on the Weber Kettle charcoal grill. The brine recipe I used is 1 cup of kosher salt, 1 cup of brown sugar, and 2 gallons of water. I brined my frozen turkey overnight for 15 hours until it was thawed. Then rubbed the skin with butter and cooked it for 90 minutes until the internal temperature of the breast reached 160-165 degrees F. Turkey cooking and brining times will vary depending on the size of your bird and the temperature of your grill.
