In this easy cooking video, I cook some BBQ boneless beef chuck ribs on my Weber Kettle charcoal grill. I seasoned the boneless beef short ribs with kosher salt and Johnny's Seasoned Pepper. Then cooked them indirectly on a 275 degree F grill for 35 minutes until the internal temperature reached 115 degrees F.
