EASY Toaster Oven Tacos ~ Leftover Roast Beef Tacos

In this easy cooking video, I make some tacos in my toaster oven using leftover roast beef and cheese. I put some avocado oil in the bottom of my 10 inch cast iron skillet and added 2 corn tortillas. Then topped the tortillas with cheese and bite size pieces of beef. I cooked them in my toaster oven on the air fry setting(425 degrees F) for 4 minutes. Then folded the tortillas over and cooked them for 3-4 more minutes and added salsa when they were done.
