In this EASY slow cooker recipe, I show you how to cook chicken thighs in a balsamic vinegar and brown sugar marinade, in my crock pot, or slow cooker. The ingredients I used in my easy crockpot chicken recipe are 5 chicken thighs, 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 3/4 cup brown sugar, and kosher salt and Johnny's Seasoned Pepper to taste. I removed the skin and excess fat from the chicken and cooked it on HIGH for 2 hours and 15 minutes, turning it over halfway through the cook. Then served it over white rice.
