In this easy instant pot recipe, I cook some black beans to make Mexican food with. I put about 8 cups of water in the instant pot then added a 16 oz bag of black beans. I cooked the beans on the pressure cook setting for 32 minutes, and let the pressure release on it's own, so they were in the pot for an hour and 45 minutes total. Then seasoned them with kosher salt and removed them from the pot with a slotted spoon. They are great for making tacos, burritos, quasadillas etc.
