EASY Chicken Tortilla Bake ~ 4 Ingredients

In this easy cooking video, I make a chicken tortilla bake, or enchilada casserole, in a cast iron skillet, in my toaster oven. The ingredients I used in my chicken recipe are 8 corn tortillas, shredded chicken breast, 4 cheese Mexican cheese blend, and a 10 oz can of Green Chile Enchilada Sauce. Bake in a 350-425 degree F Oven for 15-20 minutes or until it's heated through.
