EASY Baked Pork Medallions or Chops

In this Easy Cooking video, I show you how to make easy baked pork medallions or chops, in a cast iron skillet, in my toaster oven. I cut a pork tenderloin into small pork chops, or medallions and I seasoned them with Traeger Apple & Honey Pork and Poultry Rub. I also brushed on some Kinder's Honey Hot BBQ Sauce. Then I cooked the mini pork chops in my toaster oven at 425 degrees F until the internal temperature reached 145 degrees F or higher. The cooking time was about 10 minutes.
