Air Roasted Potatoes and Scrambled Eggs in the Comfee Toaster Oven

In this easy cooking video, I cook some air roasted potatoes and eggs in my Comfee Air Fryer Toaster Oven. I cut the 3 russet potatoes into bite sized pieces and seasoned them with avocado oil, kosher salt, and Johnny's Seasoned Pepper. Then cooked them on the Air Roast setting for 24 minutes. When they were done I added 2 eggs and scrambled them in the cast iron pan on the counter.
