Japanese Slipper; 1oz Midori (30ml.) 1oz Cointreau (30ml) 1oz Fresh lemon juice (30ml) Garnish: Cherrie Honeydew Martini: 1.5oz Vodka (45ml) 1oz Midori (30ml) 0.5oz Triple sec (15ml) Garnish: Lime wheel Limoncello Midori Sour: 2oz Midori (60ml) 1oz Limoncello (30ml) 2oz Sweet & Sour mix (60ml) 1/4oz Fresh lime juice (8ml) Garnish: Sugar rim, lime wheel and Cherrie Midori Sour: 2oz Midori (60ml) 1oz Vodka (30) 1oz Sweet and Sour mix (30) Splash of club soda Garnish: Lime wedge Midori Margarita: 1.5oz Tequila Silver (45ml) 1oz Midori (30ml) 1oz Fresh lime juice (30ml) 0.5oz Agave syrup (15ml) Garnish: Lime wheel Sour mix recipe I use: 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup lime juice Directions: in a sauce pan combine water and sugar over medium heat until sugar has dissolved, let cool and add lemon and lime juice then mix, bottle, and refrigerate.
