M50 Small Rig

I put the SmallRig cage on the M50 because I like extra protection and more mounting options when I’m out filming around the property. It adds weight in a good way, gives me a bigger grip, and still leaves access to the battery and SD card door.

Pros

+Open bay design keeps battery/SD access available

Cons

-Adds a bit of weight compared to running the camera bare
-Magnetic wrench could be easy to lose over time
