In this video I tested and compared seven push-pull golf carts that can save your energy (and your back) over a full 18—everything from budget-friendly weekend options to premium rigs that feel like they’ll last forever. I focused on the stuff that actually matters on the course: stability on sidehill lies, how straight the cart tracks, how annoying (or effortless) the folding system is, and whether the storage is genuinely useful or just marketing fluff. I start with the CaddyTek 3, which has great storage and maintenance-free EVA tires, but I ran into a front-wheel drift issue and it stays bulky when folded. The KVV 3 is super light with a solid foot brake and a nice console, but it got top-heavy with a loaded cart bag and some plastic parts felt flimsy. From there, the CaddyLite One jumps up in build quality with a fast one-button fold and straight tracking. Bag Boy’s Quad XL is my stability pick for hilly courses, while the Nitron is the “wow” cart thanks to its nitrogen-powered auto-open. The Clicgear 4.0 is a tank with silicone straps and endless accessories, but my #1 is the Sun Mountain Ridgeline 3—its sliding bag bracket fixes the stand-bag fit problem better than anything else I tested.
