Turning a Large Walnut Serving Platter - woodturning

Large walnut platter turned on a Laguna 24|36 Revo lathe. This platter was made by gluing up walnut planks to form the blank, then the blank was rounded on a Laguna 18bx bandsaw, and turned using a variety of lathe chisels.
