This platform storage bed can maximize the storage space available in a bedroom. The platform storage bed is extremely sturdy and can withstand the most extreme stress test that you can subject it to. The modern design of this platform storage bed will make it a great addition to a bedroom in the home, or a college living situation. The bed is build of Baltic Birch plywood, which is a very sturdy material and a nice product to work with. I special ordered mine from Menards, but you should be able to find it at any lumber yard that sells cabinet grade plywood. A podium storage bed could also be built using any cabinet grade plywood.
