I always use to say that I’m cheap, but in reality, I’m frugal. A Frugal Person is someone who gets what they need, doesn’t waste, and tries to get maximum enjoyment out of that thing. So, the reason I don’t have 30 pairs of shoes anymore, is because I don’t need them. The reason why we don’t go out to eat every single day is because it's healthier, cheaper and better to eat at home. 💲Patreon Exclusive💲 https://www.patreon.com/tommybryson 😎Call Me😎: https://bit.ly/30IBr0i 😎Second Channel😎: https://bit.ly/3c4sVPS 👨🏽💻Financial Freedom Course👨🏽💻$100 OFF CODE: LONGTERM Link: https://longtermteam.teachable.com/p/financial-freedom-steps-from-nothing-to-freedom 1. Here are the Bills and How they Have Changed since I have gotten married - You’ll notice my bills are low ( because I live in the middle of nowhere in the Dominican Republic and I love it ) - You’ll also notice the way I name things, is very precise Shelter Cost: - Before I got married, I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment, and I use the bedroom as a studio to make videos on YouTube - This cost me about $152 dollars per month (and before you say, that’s so low, its all relative, incomes are not crazy high here either and you always have the option to migrate) - Now that I got married I spend about $152 per month, the only difference I now share a house with my wife lol (nothing changed) Utilities: - All my utilities stayed the same except two of them ( I still don’t pay for Light or Water ) - But now my Gas bill has gone up, because my Wife cooks and before I didn’t cook anything lol - So I would say we spend $6 a month on Gas - $40 bucks on our phone bills - And $50 on the internet - I would say about $60 on subscriptions Transportation - Between Insurance, oil changes, and gas ( we spend about $150 bucks and that’s a lot ) - Our car is paid off, it’s a 2017 Corolla and it's ours we don’t have a payment and we bought used Problem: - Two people need two cars and they need safe cars and to borrow money - And now you have $1000 per month on metal that breaks down We Do Have some other cost: - Insurance for Health: we’ll be getting some ( that’ll be about $70 per month ) - extra: $250 bucks - Fun: $200 per month 2. What is the Total of all these Costs - Our base expenses to live is $758 - Plus all the phone and insurance stuff: $1278 dollars for two people People hear this and say, well that’s because you live where you live - No that’s not why - Its because we choice to live the way we live - There are people here that spend $4,000 a month (that’s a choice ) 3. Overall guys - My wife adds so much value to me that’s it not measurable - She came to this house and made a home - And I could save more money being alone, but for what to accumulate more money Advice - Marry someone who doesn’t want to be broke forever - Who knows self-control - And who knows how to listen * PRO TIP* INFORMATION IS EVERYTHING 💲Patreon Exclusive💲 https://www.patreon.com/tommybryson 👕Merch👕 https://teespring.com/stores/tommybryson ✅2 FREE AUDIOBOOKS✅ https://amzn.to/2Enayo8¬¬¬ 🎁ACORN FREE $5🎁 Link: https://acorns.com/invite/38EYSU ⚡FREE KINDLE UNLIMITED⚡ (traditional reading) Link: https://amzn.to/2VGbxt9 👨🏽💻DISCORD PRIVATE GROUP👨🏽💻 https://discord.gg/EcZEHpA My Camera Gear: https://www.amazon.com/shop/tommybryson ✔ Help Us Reach 600,000 Subscribers: https://goo.gl/0wvm6w 😎All My Social Media😎 Link: https://linktr.ee/tommybryson --- Disclosure & Educational Disclaimer: Some links in this video may be affiliate links, and I may earn a commission.
