About This Video

In this livestream, I walk through the kinds of AI agents that are actually worth building right now—and why the market is still in full hockey-stick mode. I start with a quick reset on what agents are (software systems that pursue goals and complete tasks on your behalf), then zoom into what I care about most: real-world implementations and how people are monetizing them now that we’ve had ~1.5–2 years of “agents being a thing.” I also share market metrics and case studies (like hours saved per week, reductions in support tickets, and faster delivery) to ground this in reality, not just demos. Then I break down six high-ROI agent categories I keep seeing work: customer support, voice/ordering, workflow automation, workplace automation (meetings → tasks), research & data, IT operations, and code & content. The big takeaway is an opportunity framework you can reuse: pick an industry that’s trending up, identify pain points that are tedious/slow/expensive/error-prone, then validate that an agent can hit a real profit lever (24/7 availability, lower cost, speed, scalability, personalization) before you scale. Finally, I explain two build paths. If you’re going no-code, I like n8n for visual workflows and pairing it with a vibe-coding tool for a simple web UI. If you’re coding, I prefer the OpenAI Agents SDK because it bundles the core components (tools, guardrails, sessions, tracing, orchestration) and makes multi-agent handoffs straightforward—like triage → technical → billing in a customer support flow.
