Negotiation skills in UI/UX/Dev. Be honest about your skill levels!

This is part of my #7daychallenge to create 7 videos in 7 days. This third video talks about being honest about your skill levels in both interviews and with your employer. It's ok to fudge our skills a little, but when it comes down to it... you should always be able to back it up. You need the negotiation skills to talk to your interviewer/employer honestly about what you can and cannot do.
