The All-In team asked me to create an intro video for their holiday party featuring Tony Hinchcliffe. The video shows how the besties got to the show, specifically focusing on Jason Calacanis's journey through public airports and a self driven Uber X. The 6 Step AI Workflow 1. Scripting: Brainstormed a visual narrative and organized assets in Figma. 2. Voiceover: Used ElevenLabs (Brian voice) with style exaggeration for personality. 3. Asset Collection: Gathered organic photos from the internet to use as character references. 4. AI Image Generation: Used Higsfield to replace figures in photos with the besties while maintaining consistency. 5. AI Video Generation: Added motion in Higsfield using VO 3.1 and specific movement prompts. 6. Composition: Synced the video clips and polished audio in CapCut for the final export.
