I listened to a summary of Atomic Habits on Blinkist and was instantly hooked and ready to read the whole thing... well listen to the whole thing. And I want you to come along on the journey with me. As much as I love reading, I listen to Audiobooks on Audible because I can integrate this with my walk in the morning or my commute to work. Atomic Habits will show you how to build habits or break habits in a methodical and logical way to make it almost impossible to fail. We will focus on "healthy habits" in many sections of this book, but if you think about it every habit you are able to build is a healthy habit. More about our Audible Book Club (ABC) As much as I love reading, I listen to Audiobooks on Audible because I can integrate this with my walk in the morning, relaxing in my recliner, or my commute to work. Its just easier, and the more simple I can make things for myself the more likely I am to be consistant. So the more I can make you form healthy habits in a easier way, the more likely you are to follow through with your goals. I am not going to run this (ABC) every month, and it won't be as savory as Oprah's Book Club, but I promise you that I will only pick books that have the potential to change your life and lead you closer to your goals.
