Here is a zero proof vegan Ramos Gin Fizz using Butterfly Pea Flower Tea and Aquafaba ... and boy was it rough to make... Ok, the title on the thumbnail might be a bit dramatic, but this drink was kind of a nightmare. If I had a time machine, I probably wouldn't have made it, but I'm glad I did, because it was tasty. I liked that it wasn't too sweet and that it had a nice viscosity also, it looks freaking beautiful.
