Jorn Utzon - An Aquavit Cocktail for an Architect

This aquavit cocktail, named after the famed Danish architect Jorn Utzon, is one of my favorites. Paired with spicy ginger, beet powder and calvados, this warm weather cocktail hits all the right spots. This cocktail was recreated from memory after having it a couple of years ago at Mother of Pearl in NYC's East Village.
