This banoffee cobbler dessert cocktail is just lovely, built with banana infused scotch, Amontillado sherry and DIY chocolate and coffee bitters. It's a banoffee pie ... if it were a cocktail. Is it just me, or do all banana flavored things taste like chemicals and not at all like bananas? While rum would be a natural fit for a banana liqueur base, something about scotch just screams bananas to me. I think the smokiness of the scotch adds an interesting touch. I really enjoyed it in this Banoffee Cobbler. It works so well with sherry, and also the coffee and chocolate bitters, I’m already thinking of other ways to use this scotch. Thanks for watching!
