ORICO X50 Review: Fanless Thunderbolt 5 SSD Speeds Are INSANE

The ORICO X50 is a fanless Thunderbolt 5 NVMe SSD enclosure built for extremely fast external storage. In this video, I take a hands-on look at the ORICO X50, install an M.2 2280 NVMe SSD, test its real-world speed, and see whether this compact external SSD enclosure makes sense for creators, video editors, gamers, and anyone moving huge files on a Thunderbolt 5 setup. The big selling point here is speed without a fan. The ORICO X50 supports Thunderbolt 5 with up to 80Gbps bandwidth, works with standard M.2 2280 NVMe SSDs, and uses a passive cooling design instead of active fan cooling.
