'The Lollapalooza of Gravel': What brings riders (back) to The Mid South

From racers to party pacers, and confident fixie riders to nervous first timers, The Mid South is a big-tent gravel event in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The weekend has everything from 12-mile riders to the main 100-mile race and also many running events, from a half marathon to a 50K Ultra. The truly bold can do both: The Double is the 50K run Friday and the 100mi bike Saturday. Things kicked off Thursday night with the Denim ride, which I what I captured here.
