2nd at Unbound & the Grand Prix, Simon Pellaud looks ahead

Simon Pellaud came to gravel after a long pro road career. Last year, racing for Tudor on BMC, Pellaud placed second at Unbound Gravel en route to finishing second overall in the Life Time Grand Prix, the highest-paying series in gravel/off-road racing. I caught up with Simon the day before The Mid South in Oklahoma.
