MEATLOAF RECIPE 2 pounds of ground beef 1 onion (diced) Mixed Bell Peppers (diced) : as many as desired 1 tbsp minced garlic Fresh Parsley (as much as desired) 1 cup crushed ritz crackers 2 eggs 1/2 cup milk 1 tbsp mustard 1 tbsp ketchup 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder Salt & Pepper to taste Olive Oil Topping 1 cup ketchup 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 4 tbsp brown sugar Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sauté peppers, onions, and garlic in a pan with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. In a large bowl mix ground beef, sautéed veggie mixture, parsley, crackers, eggs, milk, mustard, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, & salt and pepper. Mix until fully combined. Put mixture into a 9x10 baking dish. Put in oven for 30 mins. Make topping. After 30 mins, pour topping over the meatloaf. Put back in the oven for another 30 mins.
