I Finally Built Something for Myself! Cherry and Maple Desk

I Was in Need of a Proper Desk that wasn't a Tray Table and my Couch! I Love Getting The Chance to Build with Live Edge Slabs, but they aren't always an easy thing to work when compared to pre-milled boards. This Piece definitely gave me some hurdles along the way, but in the end, I Think It turned out to be the Nicest Woodworking Project I've built to date. The Desk I Built consists of a Cherry Slab for the top, while the base is a mixture of Cherry for the Legs and Rail components, and Soft Maple makes up our solid side panels, as well as the unique drawer fronts. Sure I've made things for myself here and there, but nothing that will become the start of an entire home redesign, nothing that I'll get to use and enjoy everyday, until now.
