If you’ve ever tried to ship a SaaS as a vibe coder, you already know the pain: the UI is easy, then you hit the wall—database, auth, backend logic, deployment—and the project dies. In this video, I walk you through my exact workflow to build and launch a real full-stack SaaS app 100% free using Google Antigravity (but you can use Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code—whatever) plus INSFORGE, which is basically a backend built for agentic coding. I start from an empty React/Next.js-style project, create an INSFORGE project, then connect my AI editor to the backend using an MCP server so the agent can actually create tables, set up authentication, and wire backend logic without me babysitting it. I prompt it to build an “AI Content Planner” where creators log in, enter a topic, generate AI content ideas, and save everything to a real database with real-time capabilities. Then I add Google login in minutes, verify the user record inside INSFORGE, and finally deploy by literally prompting: “please deploy this project using ins.” The big takeaway: once you learn this workflow, you can repeat it for basically any SaaS idea without backend stress.
