Today was one of those canning days! 😅 While putting up homemade tomato sauce, one of my jars actually exploded on me because I didn’t tighten the lid and ring enough (thank you, hand injury and swelling 🥴). A true learning opportunity to share and another notch in my Canning Queen belt! But it wasn’t all disaster—out of the chaos came sweetness. I turned leftover tomato skins into rich, beautiful tomato powder, canned up some pear jam, and even baked a pear crumble pie. From a kitchen mess to sweet success, this video is just a fun little peek into my little homesteading life, with all its ups and downs! Stocking up my pantry, one jar filled with love at a time.
